Mother/baby portraits by the river
Next month is Mother's Day (can you believe it?? In my head, it's still February, but this morning I really came to grips with the fact that May is looming next on the calendar. I'll never get used to how fast life flies by). In honor of all the mothers who go unseen in family photographs (we're the ones holding the camera!), I'm hosting a day of mini-sessions the day before Mother's Day, just for moms and their babies/grown-up babies/their moms. Bring your mom, or bring your kids, or bring that special surrogate mom who's held you through the tough times. Sessions will be 15 minutes long, and your session includes all images in black and white, in your own online gallery. To book yours, or just get more info, click here. But back to the main reason for this post - this lovely mother/baby session by the river. This little guy is just SO DAPPER, I can barely stand it. And he's growing so fast - seems like I just photographed his newborn session last week.Enjoy!________________________________ Emily Lapish is a Chattanooga-based lifestyle family photographer, birth photographer, and photography educator.
